By leveraging state and private support, ICW makes it possible for thousands of additional Washington residents who might otherwise have been discouraged by financial barriers to complete their college degrees. And the value extends far beyond graduation: with their knowledge and tools, these graduates are able to serve their communities, tackling problems and powering local economies.
